Short Sales

A large part of our business the past several years has been short sales. Some realtors with whom we work negotiate the short sale themselves, while others utilize one of two skilled short sale Negotiators we have. The Negotiator is the key to the short sale along with the Title Company as they work hand in hand with the Seller's Lender to persuade them to agree to the short sale. We have a very high success rate in getting Short Sales approved and closed WITHOUT deficiencies against the Seller. Short sales typically show on Sellers credit report for only 2 years as "settled debts" which is much better than a "Foreclosure", plus generally the costly and potentially huge deficiency judgment is often waived, especially if it is the Seller's homestead.
