Upon receipt of your title order, our office immediately performs title searches, preferably with a prior title policy, and a title commitment is generated within 48-72 hours of receiving an order and sometimes earlier.

Your clients are contacted early in the transaction by mail and by phone and are kept abreast of the developments in the transaction.

We give full reissue credit.

We are experienced in closing with REO Sellers, who often require lenders to provide figures, Hud and documents 48-72 hours before closing.

We assist with insurance, surveys, and inspections.

Our post-closing, processing and packaging departments promptly and accurately complete each transaction.

We either deliver, Fed-Ex or wire your monies (your choice)
With our broad experience, no closing is too difficult! We save even the most difficult transactions from falling through. All closings, not just special cases, are expedited. This is particularly important in this day of fluctuating interest rates and shaky borrowers who like to “shop rates”. We encourage Loan Officers and Brokers to attend and take part in the closing and recognize the importance of a well run, organized and “happy” closing.
