Upon receipt of your title order, our office immediately performs title searches, preferably with a prior title policy, and a title commitment is generated within 48-72 hours of receiving an order and sometimes earlier. Your clients are contacted early in the transaction by email, mail, and phone, and are kept abreast of the developments in the transaction.
This allows you to list or sell other properties, as your client now calls us, as we have the transaction under control and moving towards closing. At Action Title, we have a successful Short Sale Department to assist you if you are the Negotiator or we can supply a quality Negotiator. We also assist with insurance, surveys, and inspections. We get our Short Sales closed!
Our team is experienced in REO closings, contracts, and nuances. We will get your REO contract closed! With our broad experience, no closing is too difficult, and we refuse to let even the most difficult transactions fall through.
